I support individuals and families on the fertility and conception path by tending the incarnation threshold — the meeting point between body and soul, biology and consciousness, longing and becoming.

I bring together a unique blend of clinical training and intuitive healing, drawing from my background as a former registered nurse (BScN — no longer licensed), integrative health practitioner (Dr. Stephen Cabral), craniosacral therapist, trauma imprint repair practitioner, certified fertility awareness and sexual health educator (The Well by Sarah Bly), and holistic nutritionist (3 year Diploma from Pacific Rim College). My work is further informed by my spirit baby mediumship mentorship with author (A Cosmic Bond), professional medium, and soul sister Emily The Medium and my spiritual fertility mentorship with author (Spiritual Fertility) Dr. Julie Von.

My work is rooted in the understanding that fertility goes beyond the physical into the relational, emotional, energetic, and spiritual layers. I view conscious conception as an initiation that shapes who you are becoming — whether you are actively opening up for a baby, waiting, grieving, or learning to live inside the mystery.

I weave together holistic fertility wellness, nervous system regulation, intuitive and energetic practices, and spirit baby communication to support this journey in its full depth.

Rather than separating the body from the soul, my work holds these layers as one. At the core of my practice is a deep respect for trust, patience, and self-connection as essential forms of care, alongside an understanding of the body and womb as living fields of communication, continually revealing where deeper nourishment, presence, and support are needed.

I help people remain connected — to themselves, their bodies, their partners, and the souls they are in relationship with. I serve as a guide along this sacred passage, supporting clients in meeting their spirit babies halfway and anchoring into their own inner knowing.
