science meets spirituality for comprehensive conscious conception, fertility + mystical motherhood support
In highschool I was not connected to the idea of a soul beyond our bodies, Science was my life. It wasn't until my 19th birthday when an "inner voice" saved my life. My world started to slowly shift as inner knowings continued to "come true." I had to experience the divine first hand before "believing". Since then I've been on a deep immersive journey to open my channels and follow my soul's calling.
I wasn't always spiritual!
While working in community chronic disease management and end of life care as an RN, I went back to school for 3 years to become certified in Integrative Health + Nutrition. I now use my solid foundation of medical knowledge + pathophysiology, blended with my 3 years of integrative health training and continual holistic education and mentorships to offer a truly comprehensive approach for my clients + community.

People ask me what I do for fun.. and my answer is always:

My Soul Work...
I founded “Cosmically Nourished”, to be an empowering educational healing space for those who are undergoing the great initiation of parenthood. Beginning at the seeds of becoming who they need to be to bring their spirit babies earth side, all the way through to raising their frequency through mind, body, soul work. I focus on building the foundations from the root up, and cultivating a life led by intuition and a connection to the divine. Including your own soul, your spirit guides and the soul of your future children.
We are not meant to walk this journey alone. I intentionally merge my education and experience in the health sciences, holistic nutrition, reproductive biology, low tox living, natural health WITH spirituality, intuition and energy work to deliver truly comprehensive fertility support + motherhood. Instead of leading from my mind, I lead from my heart and soul. I understand that we are cosmic in origin and whether I am sharing on social media, teaching a webinar, facilitating a course, guiding a meditation or holding space for a group or a 1:1 -my approach will reflect this.
